My best friend is the definition of a girly girl; and while she loves doing her makeup as much as the next girl, she trusted me to do it for her two weeks ago for a night out!

Like I said in my previous post, I need to be more diligent about updating frequently so I can add a product list while it’s still fresh in my memory! Nonetheless, Lara looked beautiful with a dewy glow and bright pink pout.

Let’s Kiss and Catch Up

For as much as I love makeup and writing, you’d think I’d be a little better about updating a blog. But after only posting 4 or 5 times since April, I put it aside to focus on work and school. Now that I’m in my last semester, (YES! I GRADUATE IN MAY!) I figured I will be able to devote more of my time to improving this blog and sharing my passion with all of you. So, to quickly catch you up on what I’ve been doing in the last several months —

• I started working at Sephora, which has quickly become the best job I’ve ever had.
• I had a summer internship at KSHB 41 Action News on the morning television show, Kansas City Live.
• My sister got married!
• I’ve done some freelance work that I will be posting, beginning with the following:

HOW GORGEOUS did Mrs. Kaitlin McKinnie look on her wedding day last summer? I had the privilege of doing her makeup for her big day and I couldn’t have been happier with the result. She looked lovely as always.
